We recently welcomed our wider project team on Cammeraygal land for the official sod turning of the Newgreens Chatswood precinct. This partnership between Chatswood Golf Club, Watermark Living and Pariter will offer unrivalled golf course facilities, contemporary retirement residences and a wealth of entertainment and recreation spaces.
With every apartment within Watermark Residences being serviced by solar energy, we are particularly proud to be delivering a truly sustainable retirement community that will allow our residents the comfort of never receiving an electricity bill.
Parkview Constructions has been appointed as head contractor to deliver this landmark project in late-2024.
