Construction has commenced as Salus Cumberland, with DCN Group appointed as builder for Stage 1 of the new retirement living community alongside Cumberland Country Golf Club in Greystanes. 

Following the successful sales launch and completion of the golf course works, construction activity is now underway on-site, progressing Salus Cumberland towards the delivery of its first residences in Spring 2028. 

Salus Cumberland Development Director, Vanessa Hammer, said the transition into construction was an important moment for the project. 

"After significant planning, design and collaboration, it's exciting to see Salus Cumberland now taking shape on site. DCN Group brings strong residential delivery experience to the project, and we look forward to working closely with their team to deliver the quality and design intent we've established for the community." 

Salus Cumberland will offer premium retirement living within the established Cumberland Country Golf Club, creating a community centred on connection, wellbeing and an active lifestyle.
