Simon brings extensive property development experience to Pariter, having worked across major residential, build-to-rent and mixed-use projects throughout his career. 

Most recently, Simon was Executive General Manager NSW & QLD at GURNER Group, where he led the business across a number of significant development and acquisition opportunities. Prior to GURNER, Simon held roles with Sekisui House and Payce Consolidated, building broad experience across the development lifecycle. 

As General Manager, Development, Simon will play a key role in the progression of Pariter’s existing portfolio and future development pipeline, working alongside our development partners and project teams to take opportunities from planning and approvals through to delivery. 

Simon joins Pariter at an important stage in the company’s growth, with a number of major projects progressing across the portfolio. His experience across both development and acquisitions will further strengthen Pariter’s capability as we continue to identify and deliver projects that create long-term value for our partners and the communities in which we work.
