Held at Mingara Recreation Club in Tumbi Umbi on 23 and 24 August, the two-day event attracted approximately 600 attendees and brought together a range of retirement living, land lease and over-55s operators from across the region.

An early look at Salus Mingara was showcased across the two days, providing an important opportunity for Pariter and project partner Mingara Leisure Group to speak directly with the local community about the project and better understand what prospective residents are looking for from their next move.

Interest in Salus Mingara was strong, with many attendees registering to receive future project updates. The response was particularly encouraging at this early stage, before project details, floorplans and pricing have been released.

The conversations reinforced the vision at the heart of Salus Mingara: creating an opportunity for people to remain within the community they know and value, while enjoying a new way of living within the broader Mingara precinct.

Importantly, the expo also provided an opportunity to listen.

Conversations across the two days provided valuable insights into the information and considerations that matter most to prospective residents as they explore retirement living, including their future housing needs, lifestyle priorities and the information they need to make a confident and informed decision.

These insights will help inform the next phase of engagement and communications as further details about Salus Mingara are progressively released.

Salus Mingara is being delivered by Pariter in partnership with Mingara Leisure Group and will form part of the broader Mingara precinct at Tumbi Umbi on the NSW Central Coast.

The project will continue its community engagement program over the coming months as it progresses towards its next major milestones.
